Ordering FAQs

Question: How do I order Birth Announcements?
Answer: Start by choosing which picture you want to appear in your announcement and in the drop down menu, select "photo for announcement", then select the announcements you want the chosen photo on and add them to your cart. If you want more then 1 pack of 25, increase the number of packs in the cart (2 packs wound be 50 cards, 3 would be 75, etc)
 
 
Question: How do I order a CD of my images?
Answer: To order 1-14 images on CD, please call Amy at 503.960.6856. If you want to order over 14, simply choose any image in your album and select "High Resolution CD of all images" from the drop down menu and you will receive a CD of all your images.
 
 
Question: Can I pay without using PayPal?
Answer: Yes. Although PayPal is the only way we can accept credit/debit cards, you can also pay by sending a check or bring bringing cash by our studio (please call for the address).
 
 
Question: Do I have to pay before you place our order?
Answer: Yes, once we receive your payment we will process the order.
 
 
Question: How long until I will receive my photos?
Answer: Once we receive your payment your order will usually arrive within 14 business days. At that time we will email and set up a time for you to come and pick up your images. If we are mailing you your images please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.
 
 

General FAQ

Question: Why do I need to register?
Answer: Registration is not required to view the publically viewable albums, but ordering does require registration.
 
 
Question: How do I register?
Answer: Go to "Register" and fill out the required fields (and the optional ones if you want to).
If the Administrator has Email Activation enabled, then after submitting your information you should recieve an email message at the address that you have submitted while registering, giving you instructions on how to activate your membership. Your membership must be activated in order for you to login.
 
 
Question: How Do I login?
Answer: Go to "Login", submit your username and password and check "Remember Me" so you will be logged in on the site if you should leave it.
IMPORTANT:Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted in order to use "Remember Me".
 
 
Question: Why can I not login?
Answer: Did you register and click the link that was sent to you via email?. The link will activate your account. For other login problems contact the site administrator.
 
 
Question: What if I forgot my password?
Answer: If this site has a "Forgot password" link then use it. Other than that contact the site administrator for a new password.
 
 
Question: What if I changed my email address?
