For Christmas John’s grandma gave us a cookbook called “Great Food & Great Beer” so tonight I made a warm spinach salad with apples and bacon & Grilled Chicken with Chipotle-Lime Butter. The salad was amazing but the Chicken was the best I have ever had! After finishing his dinner Tristan serenaded us with beautiful guitar music and singing with the new guitar he got from Uncle Howard & Aunt Reen for Christmas!
