Ok, so I know I’ve posted 2 times today, HOWEVER, there are 2 foot tall drifts of snow in the back yard, the one in the photo is from the entry way to our home and it is a little over 2 feet tall.  Unlike the valley, us at the West end of the Columbia River Gorge are not supposed to thaw out anytime soon, thanks in great part to the East Wind we are so known for!  Tris doesn’t want to be outside for more than 10 minutes, which is consequently how long it takes for all of us to get dressed to go out and brave the elements!  So 20 minutes flat and we’re back inside with one of the three of us in tears (that little person shall remain nameless!)  Anyway, if we can get out of the house tomorrow my folks are going to watch Tris for part of the day so we can clean and play with Sami outside for more than a couple of minutes!  The photos are of our cats eating and Sami watching jealously, although her food was 5 feet behind her, she just likes cat food waaaay better!
