I think as a parent sometimes we get so wrapped up in just making it through the day that we forget to enjoy the day.  At least that is how it is for me.  I need to get the laundry done, call a client, edit a session, call my mom and sometimes I just forget how important it is to just run outside, kick a soccer ball or have a picinic.  Tristan needs that!  So tonight John and I borrowed my dad’s 51 Chevy Truck and took Tristan to A&W for ice cream.  Of course I knew it’d be cute so we took our camera.  Thanks dad for letting us borrow the truck (John is secretly praying that you will never sell it, it’s his favorite car you have).
